How to cope up with morning sickness?

Over the years morning sickness has been a sign of early pregnancy. As much as it is a sign of happiness for the family, it becomes heavy on the health of the mother-to-be.

Morning sickness causes discomfort by frequent nausea and occasional puking moments. It is usually observed only in the first trimester, however, rarely does someone know that this can be avoided too.

Below are a few ways that can help you avoid the circumstances: 1. Avoid drinking water right after your meal. Take a half an hour break before and after you consume. 2. Stay hydrated throughout the day 3. Don’t force eat your meals timely. Let your body give a sign of hunger. 4. Don’t necessarily eat for two. 5. Avoid areas of heat. It may lead to dizziness. 6. Keep sweets like chocolate and salty items like chips handy to calm down nausea. 7. Avoid cooking items that don’t suit your pregnancy period. 8. Exercise and stretch as per pregnancy phase regularly.
